Asucatan
Built on the ruins of an Ixaili monk village, Asucatan sits at the foot of Nguozo mountain in the heart of Nih Tsoutlà Káhiaitl desert. Asucatan is the second most populous inland settlement in Esjara-occupied Ngechyoh.
Demographics
Like most Esjara settlements, most of the citizens are Esjaras or assimilated into their culture. The Ixaili population within the town is negligible, the only citizens with known ties live in slums or outside the town.
Government
Part of Ixtahua, loyal to the crown. Local government comprised of Ixtahua consuls and the council of Elders.
Defences
Wall protects the central part of the city. There are towers and patrols scattered through the town.
Industry & Trade
Major exports are woven goods, dyes, oils, metals and glass.
Geography
Nguozo Mountain to the north, small oasis and lake to the south-west. In the heart of Nih Tsoutlà Káhiaitl.
Natural Resources
Local desert plants used for dyes, sands used for glass, ore in the mountain to the north. Oasis provides water and greens.
