Dedur

Dedur is an orc man in his early fifties, and he owns and operates the only general store in the small village of Elka. Artisans, travelers, and adventurers alike can come to his store for a variety of tools and equipment, but not weapons or food.
Dedur has a slow and thoughtful demeanor, and will listen to your question and take a long, slow puff from his pipe before answering. He probably knows what you need, and if he doesn't have it on hand, he can arrange to bring it in from a larger city.
