Belva

Belva is a human woman in her early thirties who serves as the assistant and secretary to Serepta, the mayor of the small village of Elka.
Belva is attentive and sharp, making her a good fit for administrative duties and able to answer nearly any question which a visitor to Elka's municipal building might ask. She idolizes Serepta, and prides herself on making sure she isn't disturbed without good reason.
