Bel

Bel is an elf woman in her late twenties. Along with her husband Smokey, she owns and operates the Smokey River Inn, the only inn and tavern in the small village of Elka.
Bel has a calm, relaxed demeanor that lends an air of welcome to the common room during breakfast and lunch when business is slow. She has twin children: an elf girl named Buriel and a human boy named Tarrant.
