The most common title in the Fold and a generic term for the commoner. Has limited access to the fold. May or may not have power due to extended periods in the fold. Fold access is limited due to their power tolerances. Limited available occupations in the Fold. Consists of low level operators and competitors. Programs are utilitarian, like being able to see the Fold. Might have access to one potent program.
