Rhodey grew up in a broken city. All around her stood remnants of her home's former glory, crumbling buildings and torn-out lots like monuments to the place's fall from grace. As soon as she got the chance, she fled to California City in order to pursue her dreams as an inventor.

Rhodey has excellent endurance and is surprisingly strong for her less-than-bulky frame. She's very healthy and suffers from no physical ailments.

She usually wears an orange jumpsuit with a black sports bra underneath. When her workshop grows too warm for comfort, she pulls the top half of the jumpsuit off and ties it around her waist by the sleeves.
