Effect
When Mouthful of Razors is cast a handful of razor-sharp pieces of metal are summoned into the mouth of the target.
Side/Secondary Effects
The Mouthful of Razors limits the target's ability to cast spells that require arcane words to cast, it also limits the target's ability to communicate with their allies. Mouthful of Razors also causes the target to start bleeding from the mouth which once the spell is faded still remains possibly causing the target to bleed out.
Manifestation
When Mouthful of Razors is cast a slightly audible sound of grinding metal can be heard around the intended target.

Mouthful of Razors gets its power from the arcane talent of the person weaving the magical energy into a spell and the willpower to shape that energy into solid, sharp metal objects.
Discovery
After the wizard, Solmar was betrayed and captured by a fellow wizard who Solmar thought was his ally he created this spell to defeat him should they have an arcane duel again.
