Alchar is found primarily on the northern continent of Galazoor. There have been reports of it being dug up in other continents but nothing has been confirmed yet.

Alchar was one of the original minerals on the planet when it was created.

History & Usage

History

Alchar was found on Galazoor some 300-400 years before the desecration. Originally it was thought to be useless until a magic-user decided to test the material and found out that it was highly receptive to magical shaping. From that point on Lothheim exploded as a manufacturing and magical juggernaut.

Refinement

Alchar can be used in its base form but has also been refined and smelted to create most of the magical items used in Lothheim
