Tirys Islands

A northern region of Nerasia

The Tirys Islands (pronounced TEER-is) is an archipelago of volcanic, tropical isles characterized by steep cliffs and verdant forests.
They remain uninhabited during the first millennia of Nerasian history, until settlers from the Ikani Forest and Kahr regions begin forming small kingdoms on these islands in the early Kingdom Age.
Later, in the Nautical Age, the region becomes a powerful center of trade, on account of its valuable resources.
