Otherplanar worship

Powerful Fey, fiends and celestials often use the material plane as a battleground to fuel their ideologies and further their interests. On a personal level this leads to warlocks, and occasionally great leaders of a cause. However, it can also take the form of religion, with the worship of the otherplanar being(s), and the tenants of faith being the teachings and beliefs of this being.

It is through such religions that the idea of 'heaven' and 'hell' (and to an extent 'limbo') come to the awareness of people on Nardish, alluding to the fact that souls are reincarnated into whichever plane of life fits their actions in the previous life. Often an ascension to such a place is the motivator for such religions. Celestial worshippers usually emphasis good over anything and everything, and are by far the most common, and usually the most socially welcomed. Followers of fiends and fey are less trusted, and are similarly single-minded.

Otherplanar worship is idealistic, and often centres around improving it's followers, which tends to involve making many feel inadequate. Dwellers of Nardish are not supposed to be drawn towards chaos, good, or evil in such a pure fashion, and many struggle with putting other prioities (like family, happiness, nature, or prosperity) behind them.
