Arcane Eye

The Arcane Eye is the most powerful group of mages in all of the Ninter Vale. Their home base is in Fallcrest, but their is a member of the Arcane Eye in every major city of the Vale. At most their is ten to twenty members of the Arcane eye at any given time. Nimozaran is the current head of the order, but this does not mean that he is the most powerful mage, simply the best to lead the order at this time. His second in command, Lilly Stone is considered to be the most powerful of the mages of the Arcane Eye, and is normally fond hanging around Lake Nen looking into the never ending mists that roll off the lake.
Defenses the Septarch's Tower's top three floor reserved for the Arcane eye. Are protected by powerful enchantments that prevent anyone from entering without the proper marking on their palm. While the top floor is reserved as an armory keeping some of the most powerful artifacts known to men kind hidden from the world.
The lower levels of the tower is kept for mages that wish to one day join the Arcane Eye. Going by the name of Arcane Talents or just Talents by most. The Talents serve and protect the tower as well as the members of the Arcane eye
