Before colonization

Conner a time traveling immortal came to earth during the year 2012. At this time he set off an explosion in the pacific that lead to massive tidel waves and the start of an eco crash. This was to get the attention of the world. Specificly the leaders of it. Once he had their attention conner would go to each government and give them the opportunity to save their nation for the end of the world. The condition, no one who had any form of power could be on the colony arks. Be it money, government, military or other, they would not find a spot aboard. Conner being from the future desigend these arks to support 16,000 people. These people were to be one of four groups. Scientist, Muscles heads, Entertainers and children. An even distrubition. This offer was made to a number of countries and regions. To total 49 colony ships. However what they did not know was that there was a 50th ship. This one built by Conner. On this ship anyone with promise and could adhere to the same principals would be saved. These ships would be finished before the new years leading into 2021. Constructed by trusted construction corporations who were allowed to have their children saved for keeping the project hidden. Conner teleports the ships into space. After confirming the the colony arks are functioning, he teleports the colonists into the cryochamber to ensure they sleep during the reconstruction of earth.  Confirming that every ships holds samples to jump start any biosphere of earths. Conner unleashes a nanite bomb. This bomb is designed to hunt down and dismantle all forms of life. After 5 years they will be deactivated. At which point conner begins to repopulate the world with flora and fauna. Starting from the smallest food chain to the largest.  28 years after the bomb the colonists are awoken.
