Wylgrala
The Wylgrala is a community in the country Wylchit that is primarily shirakas but includes other species that have integrated into their community. They live in a large swathe of the eastern countryside.
They are particularly disliked by some people in Doruna because of a feud between early members of the community that split the community into two. One group remained and are now the Wylgrala, the other traveled north and settled in what is now Doruna.

Historical figures
Kiole Baas was one of the founders of the Wylgrala's initial settlement. She was present when the group split into two. The feud was with Tugor Bufitar, who lead half of the initial community north to what is now Doruna.
Ideals
Beauty Ideals
Long tails, long sharp claws, and shiny scales are preferred.
Gender Ideals
Men are expected to teach the children in the community survival skills. They have a larger share of the manual labor needs of the community.
Women are encouraged to have many children and use plant-based paints on their arms, tails, and faces.
Krethnil have historically faced pressures to take partners that will increase the number of children that could be produced by the community overall. (i.e. if during that generation there are far more women, they will be pressured to partner with a man)
Zirch are rare in the community because it is not present among shiraka, but those who are present are expected to help the community more. Sometimes they will become close to certain families and help them specifically. This relationship could look like a queer platonic relationship or even a romantic partnership.
