Senprus' House
Sen originally bought this house when it was a normal, family home. It's pretty small above ground, with one bathroom and two bedrooms, but below ground has a sprawling basement. Sen calls this his lair, and got it built by intimidating witches that used their spells to construct magical property. It includes bedrooms for every member of the Darkwalkers, a 'guest' room for their victims, and several different kinds of living areas. It's position, hidden from the sun, is so ideal that Sen would probably never move out.
Architecture
On the outside, the house looks like a fairly cheap, crumbling house in the poorest district of the city. It's on the same street as a street salesman who spends most of his day pushing his smelly friend fish onto people. The house above ground is filthy and unkempt. Sen and the others never really go up there, and so do not bother to clean it. The only area of the house that gets cleaned is the small strip of hallway that is visible to the door. This is kept meticulously clean.
However, the basement is lavishly decorated with mahogany wood, plush green carpets and crystal chandeliers.
History
Sen originally bought this house when it was a small family home. He intimidated a few witches that used their spells to build magical buildings in order to get such a large basement created underneath. There is no official record that a basement exists under this building. That's how he likes it.
