Bracelet of the Protectors

These bracelets are given to all who finish the base training and serve in The Protectors. These bracelets contain enough magical energy to send 1.000 characters in messages. The magic can be restored by a superior in a ritual. When sending a message different combinations of tipping on the stones make up letters, like morse code. When receiving a message the bracelet vibrates twice and then the stones start to light up, using the same morse code. This works in real time and messages can not be stored.
