The ring of hyperactive awareness is a silver ring bearing the design of several staring eyes sureounding one larger central eye that seem to follow onlookers. while ghe surrounding eyes are carved into the metal, the central one is an organic eye with a slight squish to it, but remains durable.
While attuned to this ring, you have advantage on Perception checks due to an exansion of your awareness. However, the ring does not expsnd your awareness to coincide with your new found senses whicu leaves you with disadvsntage on checks and saving throws made to concentrate or maintain concentration.
