The Fedora of Celibacy is a powerful but cursed magic item. The fedora weakens the wearers charismatic will of personality, but makes thos trying to strike them wary of doing so, as well as giving the wearer great power over cocks.

History

The Fedora of Celibacy was a one of a kind magic item created for Nokk Coolington via commission to a renowned artificer. Nokk then attuned to the item and never took it off.
However, on the 27th of Primus 1017 ME, Raziel won his game and through the tides of chaos a second fedora of celibacy was created, much to Raziel's disgust when he saw what winning the game had gotten him.

The Fedora of Celibacy is a black pinstriped fedora with white stripes and a nasty plastic smell. It bears powerful magic, and a powerful curse.
To attune with this hat you must wear it upon your head and have never had sex. If you ever have sex you immediately break attunement with the item
While attuned to the Fedora of Celbacy, you gain a +1 bonus to armour class, and a -2 penalty to your Charisma score. Additionally, you can cast the alter cock, and contraception spells at will. When you cast either of these spells, a part of the somatic component to cast them is tilting the fedora forward. Alter cock is cast at 4th level when cast in this way.
As an action, while attuned to the fedora you may tip it forward and grant yourself advantage on the next Charisma check you make in the next 10 minutes. Once you use this property it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
