DOOR's Power Word Impregnate is a powerful spell that stimulates life within the body of the target, causing them to become pregnant immediately as the strings of magic rewrite themselves into the targets womb.

Effect

The spell's target becomes pregnant, the father of the child is unknown, seemingly different and uncontrollable with each casting. The pregnancy is already partially in progress as it begins, past the point of easy abortion. Upon being impregnated with this spell, the target will already be 15% along in carrying the child to term.

Side/Secondary Effects

If a creature is incapable of becoming pregnant, the spell will rewrite their physiology to give them the necessary components to carry the child to term and safely birth it.

Discovery

The spell was created by DOOR during the later years of his life, post-apotheosis as a sick and twisted spell to use upon his enemies and dishearten them into giving up.

You utter a word stimulating life and rewriting the fabric of reality within a creature you can see within range, causing them to instantly become pregnant.
Upon being impregnated by the spell, if the creature is incapable of becoming pregnant, the spell rewrites their physiology in the most minimal ways to give them the necessary biological components to carry the child to term and safely birth it. The pregnancy begins 15% into the term length of the mothers species. The father is determined randomly by the DM. It can be literally anyone to ever exist.
