The Tunardun Region

Located in the North-Western corner of Terra, the Tunardun Region is as merciless as it is cold. The entire Region is covered in both snow and ice making it a dangerous and unpredictable place. As a result, Tunardun has little visitors.

Geography

By far the most impressive part of Tunardun is the revered Mount Luna Somnum; Widely believed to be the resting place of the Moon. The earth beneath the snow and ice shines with a blue glow in the moonlight. During the day, the earth has a more plain dark grey color. The mountains around the Region are also home to massive shards of ice resembling crystals. These also act as prisms making rainbows appear on the white canvas that is the snow. Keeping with the theme of impressive light display, at seemingly random points, Tunardun's sky will begin to glow in a cavalcade of colors shimmering and undulating across the heavens in a captivating dance.
