Government

While the Norra outpost is located in the Torovaur Region, it is highly influenced by the Humans of Middterh's Monarchy as a form of government.

Defences

Norra outpost is one of the most fortified outposts in all of Terra. Since the outpost holds a very unique business concerning the handling of valuable goods, the outpost is surrounded with a tall wooden fence measuring 4 metres in height. Additionally, the entire foundation of the outpost has been leveled and covered in thick sheet of stone to stop any unwanted digging. The outpost doesn't have any hired guards, however, the residents are more than capable of handling difficult situations on their own. I wouldn't test that fact if I were you.

Industry & Trade

As an outpost, Norra will naturally earn its profits by housing travelers. Additionally, Norra outpost has its special trading and appraisal service which helps with their livelihood.

Infrastructure

As with most outposts, Norra offers a variety of services to help weary travelers such as an Inn and stable. What makes Norra different from the rest is the influence of the Burroden community. As you may well know, Burrodonians have little care for the monetary value of the common gems used primarily by Humans and Lemouillites. Instead, Burrodonians are all about trading rare and/or unique stones, geodes or minerals. Therefore, the Norra outpost has a small market/trading center where you may exchange your money for different stones making it easier to trade while in the Torovaur Region. This market is handled by both Human and Burroden so each group can keep the other in check. They also offer an appraisal service should the value of your goods ever be doubted. They are recognized the world over!

Assets

Along with the Inn, stable and trade center, Norra outpost also has a small section of the settlement for thieves and the like. Called the prison corner, all it consists of are four iron cages about 1.5x1.5 metres wide and 2.5 metres high. These cages are used to help calm troublemakers.

Geography

Being poised atop Touscanor, Norra's scenic vistas consist of barren peaks. For over the Western horizon, we can see the expansive open fields of the Middterh Region and to the East, the lush Torodon valley and all its wonders.
