Demographics

If you are familiar with Lemouillite settlements, you'll find a similar construct here in Mizunia. The city is built below the water as well as above it. The Lemouille people's houses are mostly found beneath the surface of the water while businesses are built above. This ensure that the Lemouille people may handle goods that may not be able to be submerged and it allows non aquatics to visit the city without obstruction.

Government

Mizunia is under the rule of an Barron and the high court of Mizunia. The high court is responsible for the well-being of the inhabitants of the city by enforcing the law with the additional help of a faction known as the 'people's guard'. This mirrors the government of the capital city of Lumeria in Heindenselm.

Defences

Mizunia is exactly easily accessible by land. There exists only one narrow path which takes travelers through the Mizunmu peaks. From the sea, approximately 50 metres South from the city, the Lemouillites built a wall beneath the water to keep unwanted aquatic life and monsters away. The wall does have a gate and dedicated guards on patrol. Above the wall, extending just above the water's surface, are six platforms from which the guards can spy for any activity happening over head as well. 2 of these platforms are located on each side of the gate and the remaining four are spread equally along the each sides of the wall's perimeter.

Infrastructure

Since Mizunia is built among cascading waterfalls, (much like most Lemouillite settlements) the city is built in such a way that the flow of water can be used productively. Many water wheels are visible allowing for the businesses to automate tasks.

Assets

Most Lemouillite settlements are naturally damp and humid as befits the necessities of a Lemouille's life style. Since most other races may not appreciate the necessity of hydration as much as the aquatic Lemouille people, most settlements offer special garbs which help visitors stay dry while visiting.

Geography

The city of Mizunia is built directly in the middle of Mizunmu cape. As such, the city is surrounded by the cliffs of the cape as well as some of the spires jutting out of the sea around the cape.
