Doctor Macy

Dr. Macy was once a scientist with some renown. However, the civilization of Dr. Macy collapsed around him as he continued his experiments in new horrific fashions. The technology he uses was repurposed by his people to escape the horrors of their world as their civilization crumbled around them. While his people rotted in their simulated world Doctor Macy was trying to replicate the power of the simulation on the Prime Material Plane through it's connection with the Astral Sea. Surviving well past his prime through a combination of body modifying magic and science Dr. Macy is now somewhere in the world continuing his work in a human body thanks to the meddling intervention of The Bumblers.
