A Human with the soul of a celestial being, known as Architecht Spawn. When a shift in galactic proportions, when the Milky Way galaxy passed through an ionizing radiation from a particulate cloud in space. This was named the Sion Cluster particles.
Markus was mostly raised by his mother a Tru-blood from the Architecht's. His father, Ewan Alistar was a famous... Or infamous Master of War, and blacksmith. Following the will of the Architects. Being in a relationship with one was considered Taboo, in those days... Ewan would visit once a month when Markus was only a baby and into his younger years. When Markus was only nine years old, he never thought his father's monthly visits would become less frequent. This only aggravated Markus' rebellious years.
By Markus' tenth birthday he would no longer see his father Ewan... He would receive letters, correspondences, and souvenirs from the adventure's Ewan was on at the time. His mother would take on a more serious tone and using her celestial powers to either train, punish, or encourage Markus' development into the Warrior Monks of Old... Markus only seen this as his mom lashing out about Ewan's absence.
Markus had inherited a curse from his mother, a celestial being that was fallen and cursed by her own kind. There will be a chance for Markus to redeem himself, and in turn the sins of the mother shall be forgiven. This would come in the form of Avatar Reikin, or Uncle Reikin Forrester to Markus, where he would have to prove himself to the Architecht's.
Markus' legend begins when he is about to have his eighteenth birthday and begin his official service to House Forrester. With Markus' ability still barely known to him. Markus must study under Reikin Forrester in order to master his abilities before it tares him apart, fracturing and splitting Markus' consciousness into millions of billions of parts where he will then be stuck in a type of limbo for eternity...
This ability of Markus' is a type of inter-dimensional conduit, where he can pass through layers of the universe into parallel ones. Markus had already been lost in between dimensions once and must learn to harness it or he will be forever banished to oblivion. The Architecht's live on through Markus and he must prove his worth in order to save the multiverse from destruction. Only Markus Johan Alistar can learn to become a Traveller, since he has been disregarded due to his lack of pure energy like the Architecht's.

His sword is not a true sword of rune, but it is a mimic, The Sword of Avarice, but what he does not know is that the sword is possessed by a curse, even though it was created by himself, it was bewitched the night following its creation.
