This city is a united capitol shared by 4 co-bordering factions and one other faction. The City is surrounded by a circular wall and divided into five sections each half funded by their associated faction and half by the union fund and taxes. Citizens of any of the factions are also citizens of the union and may experience trade and culture from the other 4 factions here in the 5 City.
