In a land ruled by a supposedly fair Emperors across diverse provinces, dark forces are always at play. Although the gods tend to lean away from puny mortal affairs, some more, demonic, forces jump on every chance.
the entire continent is ruled by the imperials, they are fair and the land is peace, teaming with nature at all corners, most of civilization is made up of small villages, towns, and cities, more often than not ruled by a Baron of some sort.
The most simple and peaceful part of the land is the forests that take up most of it, bad weather is rare and many wandering adventurers are destined for great fortune within the ancient tombs and temples. Although only the foolish tread the Hellborn temples, for they are protected by ancient magic cast upon them by the old Legion of Hell.
While the deserts are much more barren, they are homes of horrid sandstorms capable of tearing a Barbarian to shreds. skilled bandits and powerful factions tend to make their bases and outpost here, and well defended. On top of the terrible deserts, the coastline has many beautiful beaches, but with deadly creatures roaming them.
If one thing is for certain, this world is ripe with adventure and glory, for the strong, at least.
