Falin tribe of wildlings

One of the oldest tribes, arguably THE oldest wildling tribe. They keep watch over one of the original birthplace of their race - a rocky hollow where one of the three motherborne wildlings awakened.   The Falin tribe is extremely large for wildlings, often numbering a thousand or more. Instead of having one migration path they have three. Royals take each path in alternate, but migrations happen on all three each year. This has created a wide, lush area of forest that has been enriched for generations. The richness of their forest attracts predators and those hoping to take advantage, so the Falin have become one of the most warlike tribes so that they can better defend their territory.   This came in handy recently when the Magin moved in.   Falin have realized that further enriching the forest will only increase aggression against them, so almost every adult member of the tribe wears magic-draining jewelry to prevent large deposits of wood magic from building.   It's seen as unnatural and almost cruel to take magic from children, so the majority of enrichment now happens from them. The Falin also formed a sort of alliance with a group of sableine - the sableine live in one of the gaps between migration routes, and anyone seeking the sableine in good faith can pass unharmed through wildling land. The sableine drain off some of the excess magic the Falin still produce, but the area is widely known as the most magic-rich sableine area, so eaters see it as extremely attractive. It's considered good manners to bring a small token to the wildlings when you want to approach the Falin sableines, so this also helps the tribe out.
