The death of King Fouler Withercrom of the Morcron Empire takes place.

King Fouler Withercrom is killed leading a small army to help refugees along the Morcron/Allatroch border. His army is unexpectedly attacked by a horde of orcs, undead, and evil outsiders. While he is killed and his army is beaten back, his body is secured and taken back to Morcron. A resurrection is attempted, but the methods of his death somehow prevent it. Rumors swirl at this news.
