Mountain Mòvadhi

Mountain Mòvadhi is a cluster of dialects spoken in the Mountain Duchies. Gramatically and syntactically very similar to “lowlander“ Mòvadhi, though it has many loan-words from Vòhai to the point where intelligibility is essentially one-way – Lowland Mòvadhi is easily understood by Mountain Mòvadhi speakers, but not the other way round, unless speakers of the latter make an effort to maintain intelligibility.
