Terrestriopausian Marble

The richest people in the world build monuments from this stuff. Where do you get it and what special properties does it have?
Terrestriopausian Marble
As suggested by the name, this special type of marble is found in the Solar System's Terrestriopause. This marble is recognized by its eerie shininess. Discovered in 2030, Terrestriopausian Marble originates from the early days of the Andreian System. Back in those days, the solar system was extremely hot and populated with thousands of mineral-rich protoplanets. These protoplanets were mostly molten and kept in spherical form by what little gravity they could produce. As tends to be the case in most early star systems, these protoplanets were very violent balls of energy. The average temperature on one could reach up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, perfect temperatures to make some rocks malleable.   These malleable rocks were subjected to extreme pressures which basically changed their structures. The heavier materials sank to the cores of these protoplanets and were crushed beyond belief. Many years passed and these protoplanets had finally cooled off and found a stable orbit in the mid-region of the solar system. The heavy materials in their cores finally had the chance to rise once again, and that they did. Over hundreds of thousands of years, countless collisions blew these protoplanets to bits, sending the heavy elements flying away into space. They were caught by gravity and accumulated into a large torus of material, known as the Terrestriopause. This heavy material, now revealed to be a strange kind of interplanetary marble, was subjected to the solar wind, a continuous stream of ionized hydrogen from Andreius Star's atmosphere.   This solar wind stripped the heavy materials of their heaviness, thus leaving only the marble. These chunks of marble continued to orbit the Sun for millions of more years until discovered by the Mobian space agencies in 2030. Once discovered, the space agencies decided to band together and send a space probe to a specific target, named MC2030MarbleCore. The journey to Marble Core took three months, but the rock was in view of the spacecraft for about a week before touchdown. The geologists in charge of the material sample extraction were able to clearly see what this rock was made of. It was a giant mass of marble ore. The landing and sample extraction went without a hitch, and after an extensive assessment, it was determined that one ton of this material was worth five million Rings. Needless to say, rich people hopped on the bandwagon as soon as it was announced. This material is lightweight and easy to construct with! Who wouldn't want their mansion built out of Terrestriopausian Marble?
