Vizegraf

The second rank of nobility within the Holy Empire of Nerath, and the lowest rank of the Adeligen (or peerage), a Vizegraf would own his own land and perhaps a tower or small keep. He would have a number of Herren in vassalage to him. Additionally a Vizegraf is capable of appointing new Herren by granting them lands and a title. A Vizegraf owns his land in vassalage to a Graf.
