Werewolves
Werewolves are a malevolent race of creatures that dwell in the magical land of Mirydain. They are servants of the Dark King and known predators of Men and Dwarves.
Basic Information
Biological Traits
Werewolves are creatures with heads and bodies like wolves, but they have hands and stand on two feet like Men. They are described as having fur ranging in color from gray to gray-black, claws and three-inch fangs, and they have yellow or red eyes.
Genetics and Reproduction
Werewolves do breed to produce offspring, but most of the time they contaminate others by biting, which is the most common method of producing werewolves. Men are easiest to affect, but Elves and Dwarves can completely recover from werewolf bites with no ill effects as they are harder to affect than mortals.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Werewolves are carnivorous and typically feed on animals and even Men. Werewolves fear the Elves for their stronger senses and strength, so they prefer to keep away from Elves unless they feel the urge to attack.
