Cillus is the Commandant of the Cucullatum Silver Mine as well as the Cucullata Auxiliary Guards. He runs the prison and the protection of caravans in Colliquesinum. This has been his job for 2 years, and it's a shameful one for him as he used to be the General (Legate) of Legio V, but was removed in disgrace.
Now he's a tough overlord to his soldiers and prisoners alike. They only living thing he seems to care about is his donkey named princess.
