Middle Earth 1st Age

Tolkien's Middle Earth near the end of the 1st Age.   Focused on the Eastern Lands, the area of Palisor, southeast of the Orocarni (Red) Mountains.   This area is in the regions of Cuivienen, where the first Elves awoke, and Hildorien, where Men first stirred. The Elves have mostly moved westward moving towards Aman, where the Valar live. The Men awoke later and have moved north and west as well into all these lands and continue to be pushed westward by the growing numbers of new tribes and peoples coming after them.   The idea and legends of the Elven and Dwarven kingdoms of the west draw the unsettled Men westwards. This migration at times pushes entire nations of men ahead of it.
