Lucky Bones
The low beam room hummed with casual conversations that hung in an air thick with smoke and spilt ale. Low lanterns cast dim golden beams through the blue haze as Bill slipped into a corner booth. Over by the bar, a thick-set man nodded in recognition and Bill's fingers flickered in a shorthand code to the enforcer. Bill smiled at the occupant of the booth. "It's done," he drawls placing a small pouch on the table between the empty beer mugs and cards. The crow's feet around the man's eyes creased as a wide smile spread across Kane's face. "You've done well Bill," he chuckles as he passes a chinking pouch across the table. "Why don't you go and enjoy yourself at one of the tables out back?"
Smoothly, Bill swept the pouch off the table and made his way through a curtained door into a narrow corridor. Golden light flickered off the wall further down. A woman's laugh scattered off the walls like gold coins. The room was larger than the snug with a balcony running around the walls, from which patrons could watch the gambling below. Bill eyed the green baize as two bone-white dice rolled and turned upwards like a dead man's eyes. He shuddered. Moved through the room with its temptations of cash and company quickly.

Innkeeper Authority
level 2Kane has links with both the Electors who use his Inn's services and with the local underworld.
Security
level 2 poorThe inn has its own code of conduct and, in the main, patrons are protected if they are sensible. It does provide a hiding place for those who don't wish to be found; a place of rumour; and a selling place for clandestine goods.
Wealth
level 3 CommonThe inn has a number of price tariffs dependent upon the location of the goods being bought. The front of house bar rooms which sell only ale and the odds cold platter have prices slightly below average. However, those that are considered special access rooms have higher quality services that push the cost to Rich (125%)
Sevices
This is not your normal inn for travellers. Rooms are not available for hire without attachments.Gambling - Dice and card tables are all available to the general public subject to vetting and no weapons
Brothel - There are two classes of establishment and low-end and high-end service.
Cock-fighting & Dog fighting
Bare-knuckle fights
Gladiator fights are an invite-only event that happens rarely. A captive fighting for freedom against a fitter personal champion is more likely but sometimes a creature from the underdeeps; a wandering goblin or something more deadly; will be released into the pit.
Fence: A number of small time fences operate out of the inn and licence from Kane.
Smugglers: Should you need goods or people transported then introductions for a fee can be made after a few background checks.
