Calwine (a.k.a. Boss)
"So hop to it" yelled the broken-nosed leader, cudgel in hand he aims a swift kick at the departing man. Growling, Calwine slouches his large frame over to the large chair by the fire. "Leadership would be so much easier if those he led just did things without asking him what to do next," he thinks. Slumping into the chair, he hauls his boots to the fire with a weary sigh. Thickset arms going to fat stretch the stained leather jerkin as he reaches for a jug of ale on a small table beside him. He takes a long pull at the jug; smacking his lips with a self-satisfied sigh as he finishes. Leaning back he runs his hand across his bald head. "Ah, peace at last," he sighs.

Personal history
Calwine was once a game-keeper for a Dunadan lord in Arthedain, but he was too lazy to keep the job and after one too many incidents with an ale jug was sent packing. He now harbours a grudge against all Dunadan nobility for this reason.
After leaving service, Calwine wandered the countryside eventually falling foul of many local militias for petty thievery. Eventually, he fell in with some small time bandits and with time a brutality, became their leader.
His hatred of the nobility of Arthedain made him the ideal tool for the Sly-Fox to recruit along with his men.
