Yak Folk

The yak folk represent elemental Earth. The gate given to them is in the far mountains of Lygrany, in a lost valley now known as God's Gate. The yak folk were not interested in their duty to protect God's Gate, choosing instead to continue their practice of sacrifice in hope of communing again with the Faceless God. The hidden valley was soon forgotten by all except a lineage of yak folk guardians called Masters. Earth genasi also live in the mountains around God's Gate, keeping an eye on the Masters and making sure their lineage is unbroken. Now that Feng has left the valley, the genasi guard it closely.
