The Last Pantheon

The Last Pantheon are the deities who survived the God War perpetrated by Urcia across the planes. The Last Pantheon is made up of deities from various realities. They gathered in (some place) and sent the gargantua to destroy Urcia. After Urcia killed the Weird Made Flesh and removed magic from Midavel, the Last Pantheon considered the God War to be over and retreated to lick their wounds. Still, their agents the gith have kept an eye on Midavel ever since, and will do anything to prevent the returned gargantua from being defeated...

Estë (Tolkien)

Lawful Good

One of the Valar, wife of Irmo. Her name means Rest. "Grey is her raiment, and rest her gift." Lives with Irmo in his Gardens of Lórien in Valinor. She sleeps at day on the island in the Lake Lorellin.

Tash (Lewis)

Lawful Neutral

Depicted as a force of horrible evil in the Narnia series, Tash is just misunderstood. Before the God War, his entire purpose was to serve the dictates of his creator—as a deity of law and neutrality, Tash would play the role of evil as ordered. Following the Deicide Tash was freed to serve his own purposes. Just what those are he has not yet decided, but they will definitely be both lawful and neutral.

There are temples to Tash, Calormenes regularly use ritual phrases such as "Tash the inexorable, the irresistible" and "Tash preserve us," and he is the only being referred to by any character in the books as a god. At the end of the series, Tash is revealed as the antithesis of Aslan (who represents Jesus), and appears as a terrible demon, with a skeletal, humanoid body, a vulture-like head, and four taloned arms.

Arkyn (Moorcock)

Lawful Evil

Arkyn was a Lord of Law who assisted Corum Silverhand. Following the Deicide, Arkyn was driven towards the worst extremes of Law, a view only supported by the Last Pantheon's victory in the God War. He is obsessed with reducing the multiverse to a state of perfect order in which he is the only active thing. He is the classic example of Law gone wrong, supporting strict and inflexible justice, fascism, totalitarianism, and so on.

Wens (Wikipedia)

Neutral Good

A hoax deity created by a random Wikipedia user (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jar%27Edo_Wens_hoax), Jar'Edo Wens is a god "of earthly knowledge and physical might, created by Altjira to ensure that people did not get too arrogant or self-conceited. He is associated with victory and intelligence." He is playful, something of a trickster god, delighting in puncturing the egos of the large and small, the good and the evil, the lawful and the chaotic.

Galactus (Marvel)

True Neutral

Eats planets, balance between Eternity and Death, sometimes remorseful.

Baron Saturday (Vodou)

Neutral Evil

Baron Samedi is usually depicted with a top hat, black tail coat, dark glasses, and cotton plugs in the nostrils, as if to resemble a corpse dressed and prepared for burial in the Haitian style. He is frequently depicted as a skeleton (but sometimes as a black man that merely has his face painted as a skull), and speaks in a nasal voice. He is noted for disruption, obscenity, debauchery, and having a particular fondness for tobacco and rum. Additionally, he is the loa of resurrection, and in the latter capacity he is often called upon for healing by those near or approaching death, as it is only the Baron that can accept an individual into the realm of the dead. Baron Samedi spends most of his time in the invisible realm of vodou spirits. He is notorious for his outrageous behavior, swearing continuously and making filthy jokes to the other spirits. He is married to another powerful spirit known as Maman Brigitte, but often chases after mortal women. He loves smoking and drinking and is rarely seen without a cigar in his mouth or a glass of rum in his bony fingers. Baron Samedi can usually be found at the crossroads between the worlds of death and the living. When someone dies, he digs their grave and greets their soul after they have been buried, leading them to the underworld.

As well as being master of the dead, Baron Samedi is also a giver of life. He can cure any mortal of any disease or wound, if he thinks it is worthwhile. His powers are especially great when it comes to vodou curses and black magic. Even if somebody has been afflicted by a hex that brings them to the verge of death, they will not die if the Baron refuses to dig their grave. So long as this mighty spirit keeps them out of the ground, they are safe. He also ensures that all corpses rot in the ground to stop any soul from being brought back as a brainless zombie. What he demands in return depends on his mood. Sometimes he is content with his followers wearing black, white or purple clothes or using sacred objects; he may simply ask for a small gift of cigars, rum, black coffee, grilled peanuts, or bread. But sometimes the Baron requires a vodou ceremony to help him cross over into this world.

Charmalaine (Greyhawk)

Chaotic Good

Charmalaine only survived the Deicide thanks to her innate talent for narrow escapes. Since that moment she has been burdened with a heavy guilt at letting her fellow deities all die. Her old freewheeling nature has all but been stamped out, replaced by a deep sorrow. Still, she is a good and caring goddess who believes in the power of heroics and adventures.

Hailing originally from the world of Oerth, Charmalaine is a bold and adventurous halfling lass who was sponsored to deityhood by the combined efforts of Brandobaris and Fharlanghn. She gained her nickname “the Lucky Ghost” from her ability to leave her body to scout ahead in spirit-form. In this form, she is believed to warn halfling adventurers of impending danger. Charmalaine is a young halfling woman with alert eyes, black oiled leather armor, and boots coated in mud. She carries a mace called Fair Warning, a title it earns from its ability to shout warnings to her if she is somehow taken by surprise, and is usually seen with Xaphan, her ferret familiar. She is energetic, spontaneous, and fearless. Charmalaine preaches vigilance and attention to one’s environment. Her followers are urged to hone their reflexes, to be quick on their feet, to enjoy exploration but also safety. They are taught that too many material things can be too much weight. Charmalaine is one of several obscure racial deities who received a 5th edition update and a crossover into "core" canon in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. (TCHAR-mah-lain) is the halfling hero-goddess of Keen Senses and Narrow Escapes. She gained her nickname "the Lucky Ghost" from her ability to leave her body to scout ahead in spirit-form. In this form, she is believed to warn halfling adventurers of impending danger. Her holy symbol is a burning boot-print. Crom (Howard)

Chaotic Neutral

"His gods were simple and understandable; Crom was their chief, and he lived on a great mountain, whence he sent forth dooms and death. It was useless to call on Crom, because he was a gloomy, savage god, and he hated weaklings. But he gave a man courage at birth, and the will and might to kill his enemies, which, in the Cimmerian's mind, was all any god should be expected to do."

The King in Yellow (Chambers/Lovecraft)

Chaotic Evil

Originally an avatar or servant of Hastur, the King in Yellow was severed from Hastur during the Deicide. The King in Yellow sat alone in Carcosa for an eternity, until he woke to the call of the Last Pantheon. He has no purpose other than to wander the world spreading madness at random.
