Ossia

The so-called "Lakes Region" of northwestern Caleria is a cold land of bearded captains and their ruddy-faced fishwives. Ossia produces excellent sailors and pilots of both salt and fresh water, the best of whom head to Volscia to find employment in the new merchant fleet.
