King Savage King (a.k.a. The Blood drunk King)

Like most information about the Tieros, there is no much information about the Savage King, only that is the ruler of the Vassalage the Tieros civilization, must information came from the only Tierian the Society was able to capture.
He said that the Savage King was the killer of killers, the monster that monsters fear, he just talk about him like the biggest and most deviant of them, he took power thought sheer fear.
But even to them no one see him a less you fail him and no one survives that kind of reunion.
It is suspected that the Savage King and the Blood Council are in the planet Goot, the suspect home world of the Tieros, but there is conflicted rumors about that, they say that both are the only ones on the planet, others say that they move around from planet to planet and never are in a single place, other say that they are always close to the attacks so they can see all the victims.
