King Kilfras Rhoskan (a.k.a. One Eyed King)
King Kilfras Rhoskan (also known as the 'One Eyed King') is the current reigning Grand King of Kamamaji . Not only does he rule over the Kamamaji Empire, but he also rules over the Honanbu Protectorate and the Kingdom of Fjeve. He is the first reigning King to only possess a tail and no wings along with being blind in his right eye.
Physical Description
Body Features
A strong and healthy Dragonborn, his scales are a very bright blue, passed down from his family line. His long, thick blue tail is a slight shade darker on the top and lighter on the bottom, though not enough to really be considered a new color. Standing a little on the bulky side, Kilfras stands at 6'5" and weighs about 312lbs. For the most part, he looks like a simple, common Dragonborn with colored scales and a tail. The only major difference is that he is missing his right eye, now completely blind with a lingering scar that runs from under his eye down to his chin. For the most part, people tend to ignore this fact, as he has shown himself worthy and able to do his duties with only one eye. However, due to his high ranking position as the Grand King, his lack of wings are something that not everyone can put out of their minds.
