Rise of Yogsha

Yogsha is a myth claiming that The World Smiths have a lost sibling, the sibling is said to be born as a mortal. The defining traits of the Yogsha are:

Born parents of different homes.

Eyes glowing that of the gleaming opal.

Inborn link to the stars.

Born of all inbetween sex.

Born to different races makes it possible that Yogsha can appear anywhere throughout the world, this makes the act of finding them tough. Even more varied Yogsha isn't defined to any gender with most depictions presenting them as a hermaphrodite.
The only constant physical trait of them are the white glowing eyes, the eyes have almost a milky like appearance as they shift, it is though that and a creamy white. It is believed the eyes are actually stars, acting as a gateway for the god to look through the mortal's eyes.
Their divine powers range greatly from each incarnation, it is believed that the work of other gods is merely Yogsha getting depicted as someone else rather than their true title. This power varies greatly, but many other religious icons see Yogsha as nothing more than a thief who steals divine powers, this would explain the factor why their powers often match that of other gods extremely closely. But this isn't a confirmed fact and leaves much up to interpretation.
