Orphan Devourer

A large serpent-like Dragon with a set of long mandibles. It is a twisted creature by harvesting the meat of the youth to feed its off spring, this is where it got its name the Orphan Devourer. It has a large fan-like tail with a multitude of spikes protruding from the long serpent spine it has.
