Monterra

Monterra is an island resting in between two seas. It has 2 extinct volcanos, and the valley between it aligns with the wind, generating a rather pleasant whistle whenever there is a breeze. Thanks for the formations on the valley, the whistle changes depending on the hostility of the wind.

It is a culturally rich hotspot.
The people that live there have a faith centered around a bodyless god, who they believe in the world being a fabrication of music. A ballad is told and changed with each retelling, which they view as the passage of time. They have adopted many stories from other faiths, which have shifted to align with their faith.
