Harped Swan

This majestic building is a college to only the royalty and highest of nobility.  It is located inside the town of Tetheld. It is built extravagantly with the walls and large pillars built out of a clear pale marble and dark granite to add contrast, aged copper can be found surrounding the granite with some patina on it. It has a large giant swan gargoyle carved out of dark granite on top of the entrance.
It covered all forms of performance with their being performers being recognized by dressing in swan feathers, a sign of their skill and punishable by death if someone unworthy does such for performance.
