BB-26: Spider Island

General Summary

Meeting Amedee Cin Flame, Strate convinces her to join because he knew her from Meskou. She joins due to their shared goal of saving their kidnapped friends. They come across a Nain who offers them an amulet with an enchantment protecting them against fire, in exchange for retrieving his spellbook from an island infested by spiders.
Together they board the ship and sail toward the island. With the use of a barrel, Munpari and Amedee set for on the island, but are almost immediately attacked by spiders. Disposing of the spiders they go deeper into the island. Sneaking up the stairs and through the door, they engaged in battle quickly defeating the foe before them.
Looting the house they found the spellbook, shades, a bag of holding which contained a pearl, gold and platinum, and barrels containing random items.
They called for the ship and Amedee interrogated the captain as to why they risked their lives for this book. After some time Amedee gave the book and they received the amulet.
They boarded the ship and returned to prepare for their friend's rescue.
