Citron Meramin, also known as the Shimeran Protectress or Telluric Seraph is the fae queen of the Shimeran Isle.
She has been in charge of the faefolk since before the Terminal Catastrophe, and has taken the role of protector of the peoples of the Shimeran Isle ever since.
