Ol' Elemanzer

An opossum-faced fairy who roams the meadows and byways of Chinkapin County, often accompanied by The Cat Whose Name Belongs to Someone Else. He is revered by many villagers and has considerable political influence, but rarely seems inclined to use it. He likes playing practical jokes.
