Mount Boelach is the highest summit in the world, the peak reaches 45'000ft in the air and is inhabitable by most races. As well as being unable to service at such an altitude, around 7/8 up the mountain dwells a nest of dragons along with a handful of their Dragonborn servants which don't take kindly to having their territory invaded.
Deep beneath mount Boelach lives a thriving city of dwarfs. They live from mining the ores of the mountain, relentlessly digging around streams and hot waterfalls that run throughout the mountain into the surrounding springs. Some of the weaker, smaller female dwarfs busy themselves with panning the water rather than swinging a pic.
The dwarfs have resided here for centuries and tales of the dragons nested above (both true and false) can be heard from most of them.
Though perilous, some of the finest minerals in the world are mined here, being used for weaponry, monuments, architecture and jewellery by the wealthiest inhabitants of most continents.
