Telepathic Other slowly wears down the mind of the afflicted owner of the Telepathy Moon, Hepa, and is accelerated by the exercise of those powers.

Causes

Attempting to share the telepathy moon with another individual without breaking your own connection. Lilith tried to share it with Yvonne/Pheobe , for example.

Symptoms

Whenever the moon is not in the sky, the afflicted's mind dramatically destabilizes into madness. Severe behavioral abnormalities and violent outbursts reign over what remains of the afflicted's consciousness.
