Parallel Dimensional Network

The Parallel Universe Void Space Fabric Slit Double Wormhole Connection Inducing Interdimensional Data Packet Travelling Network, otherwise called Parallel Dimensional Network (PDN), is a method of near-instantaneous data transfer between long distances of larger than the width of an average solar system.   PDN requires huge amounts of pre-installed infrastructure, and in this case, pre-built wormhole connectors in every solar system that wishes to be connected. The data would be sent from a device, arrive the wormhole connector through data hops in that system. The Locator Local would then search for the destination and find the nearest wormhole connector. Then a temporary wormhole would be formed between the originating connector to the destination connector, then go through all the data hops until it reaches the destination.
Discovery
The PDN was discovered by famous gravitational physicist Pierre Garduois in the years following the collapse of the Void, after an abnormally high number of wormholes emerged rapidly in the Civilization. These wormholes, along with the Great Collapse, are originally thought to be natural phenomena due to unstable spacetime fabric, creating spatial rifts. But in 767, Garduois found patterns and cosmic signatures within the appearing wormholes, and deduced that the wormholes appeared due to an artificial event.   Over the next few years, Garduois then experimented with creating wormholes using entangled particles and antimatter, but with no avail. But with the invention of the gluon rift in 769, Garduois successfully destroyed the gluons surrounding the quantum entanglement, and ripped apart the spacetime fabric to create a hole large enough for 5Gbit of information to pass through the wormhole before collapsing.   Since then, the PDN has been improved to allow 80TBit of information to pass through a single wormhole, and wormholes can be created in under 5ms.
